Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What do I get for the purchase price?
A. For the one purchase price, you get access to the complete library of award certificates that you can print out over and over again for either 1 month or 1 full year depending on which subscription you choose. You can print out any or all of the certificates with no limits for your purchased time period. This means that if you have more than one league, you can print out award certificates for all of them, or print out certificates for past years.

Q. How many certificates are available?
A. Currently there are 40 awards and 5 diplomas available, but we are always adding more that are suggested to us. We will be adding a new library soon for Fantasy Baseball.

Q. How long can I use these for?
A. You have the option to purchase either a 1 month or a 1 year subscription to this web site.

Q. What part of the certificates are editable?
A. On each certificate you will enter your league name, team name, coach's name, the year and any specific information for that award, like a players name, round drafted, number of points, or record etc. The line describing the award is completely editable.

Q. Can I add my own custom graphics to the award certificates?
A. Not at the current time. We have found that uploading graphics into our templates distorts the images and produces an undesirable result.

Q. Do I need any special software or hardware?
A. The award templates are generated in an Adobe Acrobat format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 7 or higher recommended) to print Awards. The awards are in color and while you can print them with a B/W printer, the results are MUCH better with a color printer.

Q. Why do some awards have two or three versions?
A. Some of the awards have different graphics in the center crest. We have made some different versions of popular awards to give you options.

Q. Can I customize the certificates with my own graphics?
A. Not at the current time. We have found that uploading graphics into our templates distorts the images and produces an undesirable result.

Q. When you add new awards, will I be able to use those too?
A. You will be able to use any and all of the awards in the category that you purchased for as long as as your subscription is valid. Football and Baseball will be different categories.

Q. How can I suggest a new award for you to add and how long will it take?
A. Once you are logged in, click on the award suggestion button on the left and send us your suggestion. We will normally add awards within 1 week, but we can't add every suggestion. We will add awards that can be used by a good number of leagues and that are not offensive.
